Rafiki: Can't cut it out. It'll grow right back! 

그만 둘 수가 없어 완전 자동이거든 

▷ right back : (행동을 일으켜 바로) 반응하다 

Simba: Creepy little monkey. Will you stop following me?  Who are you?

재수 없는 원숭이. 따라오지 마 넌 누구야?

Rafiki: The question is: Whooo... are you?

그보다 넌 누구야? 

Simba: I thought I knew. Now I'm not so sure.

아는 줄 알았는데. 이젠 모르겠어 

Rafiki: Well, I know who you are. Shh. Come here. It's a secret.

난 네가 누군지 알지 따라와 비밀을 가르쳐 줄게 

    Asante sana!

Simba: Enough already. what's that supposed to mean, anyway?

충분히 들었어 그게 무슨 뜻이지? 

▷ supposed to : ~하기로 되어있다. 

Rafiki: It means you are a baboon-- and I'm not. 

넌 원숭이고 난 아니라는 뜻 

Simba: I think... you're a little confused.

정신이 나간 모양이군 

Rafiki: Wrong. I'm not the one who's confused; you don't even know who you are.

틀렷어. 정신이 나간 건 바로 너야. 넌 네 자신이 누군지도 몰라 

Simba: Oh, and I suppose you know?

넌 안단 말이지?

Rafiki: Sure do; you're Mufasa's boy.

알고말고, 넌 무파사의 아들이야

Simba: Hey, wait!  You knew my father?

기다려! 우리 아버지를 아셨어요?

Rafiki: Correction-- I know your father.

Simba: I hate to tell you this, but... he died. A long time ago.

안된 애기지만 오래 전에 돌아 가셨어요

Rafiki: Nope. Wrong again! Ha ha hah! He's alive! And I'll show him to you. 

또 틀렸어! 그분은 살아 계셔 내가 보여줄게 

  You follow old Rafiki, he knows the way. Come on!

  이 라피키를 따라와 내가 길을 알아 

Rafiki: Don't dawdle. Hurry up!

빨리와 

Simba: Hey, whoa. Wait, wait.

기다려요! 

Rafiki: Come on, come on.
Simba: Would you slow down?

좀 천천히 가요! 

▷ slow down : 천천히 움직이다. 속도를 낮추다 

Rafiki: STOP!    Shhh.  Look down there.

정지... 이 아래로 내려가 봐 

Simba: That's not my father. That's just my reflection.

이건 아버지가 아니야. 내 그림자일 뿐이지 

Rafiki: Noo. Look harder.  You see, he lives in you.

더 자세히 봐. 보이지? 아버진 네 안에 살아 계셔 

Mufasa: Simba . . .
Simba: Father?
Mufasa: Simba, you have forgotten me.

넌 날 잊었구나 

Simba: No. How could I?

제가 어떻게 잊겠어요 

Mufasa: You have forgotten who you are, and so have forgotten  me. 

네 자신을 잊는 건 바로 이 애비를 잊는 것 

Look inside yourself, Simba. You are more than what you have become. You must take your place in the Circle of Life.

네 마음을 들여다봐라. 지금의 넌 네가 아니다. 자연의 섭리를 따라야 한다 

Simba: How can I go back? I'm not who I used to be.

어떻게 돌아가죠. 전 예전의 제가 아니에요 

Mufasa: Remember who you are. You are my son, and the one true king. Remember who you are.

기억해라. 넌 나의 아들이자 진정한 왕이다. 네 자신을 잊지마라 

Simba: No. Please! Don't leave me.

Mufasa: Remember...
Simba: Father!
Mufasa: Remember...
Simba: Don't leave me.

가지 마세요. 

Mufasa: Remember . . .
Rafiki: What was THAT? The weather-- Pbbbah! Very peculiar. Don't you think?

방금 뭐가 지나갔지? 날씨 한번 괴상하네. 그렇지 않나? 

▷ peculiar : 이상한 

Simba: Yeah. Looks like the winds are changing.

네, 바람 방향이 변했어요 

Rafiki: Ahhh. Change is good.

변하는 건 좋지 

Simba: Yeah, but it's not easy. I know what I have to do.

쉽진  않죠. 내가 할 일은 알았지만 

But, going back means I'll have to face my past. I've been running from it for so long.

그럼 과거를 떠올려야 하는데. 너무 오랫동안 도망쳐 왔어요 

Oww! Jeez-- What was that for?

왜 때려요? 

Rafiki: It doesn't matter; it's in the past!  

과거는 상관없어 

Simba: Yeah, but it still hurts.

그래도 마음이 아파요 

Rafiki: Oh yes, the past can hurt. But the way I see it, you can either run from it, or... learn from it.

아프긴 하겠지. 하지만 둘 중 하나야. 도망치든가 극복 하든가 

Hah, you see! So what are you going to do?

어떡할 참이지? 

Simba: First, I'm gonna take your stick.

일단, 지팡이부터 뱃을 거예요 

Rafiki: No, no, no, no! Not the stick!  Hey, where are you going?

지팡인 안돼! 어딜 가는 거야? 

Simba: I'm going back!

돌아가요! 

Rafiki: Good! Go on! Get out of here! 

그래, 어서 가라!
