definitely seeing a normalizing trend in your reduction of new cases but of course we're not complacent
우리는 분명히 신규 확진자 감소에 따른, 정상화로 이어지는 추세를 목도하고 있습니다.

하지만 물론, 여기는 안주하지 않습니다. 이것은 한국만의 일이 아닙니다.

are taking this approach of openness and transparency not just domestically but to the international community because we
우리는 국내 뿐 아니라 국제 사회에 대해 개방성과 투명성의 접근 방식을 취하고 있습니다.

are a country that is highly interdependent with the rest of the world our
한국은 세계 다른 국가들과 고도로 상호의존적인 관계를 맺고 있기 때문이죠

economy depends on this inter dependency  with the outside world so we want to keep the the doors open with the
우리 경제는 전 세계 국가와 상호의존관계에 있기에 문호를 개방하며 긴밀한 협력을 유지하고 있습니다.

other countries one thing I also would like to point out as governments we also have to guard against panic
한가지 짚고 싶은 것은 각 정부가 우리가 공포와 불안을 차단하기 위해 경계해야 한다는 점입니다.

I think governments have to be cool-headed about this and do what we do based on on evidence and 
각국 정부가 과학과 근거에 기반해 냉철하게 대응하고 할 일을 해야 한다고 생각합니다.
